Your arrival and onward trip to Río Grande

Send your flight number and arrival date, then the complete Río Grande destination address or map pin. A municipality name alone does not identify a hotel entrance, rental driveway or residential gate. If your accommodation has access instructions, include them when requesting the transfer.

Four details to confirm before travel

Provide the arriving flight number and the date it lands in Puerto Rico.
List your passengers, suitcases and any oversized items before the vehicle is confirmed.
Agree on airport meeting instructions directly; do not assume a terminal door or fixed collection time.
Keep your contact number available after landing, and notify the team if your arrival changes.

Planning the return pickup in Río Grande

Name the resort or rental and identify its pickup entrance in Río Grande. If a security gate is involved, arrange guest access and pass along the instructions.

Allow time for the whole airport journey

Flight arrival time and the time you are ready to leave the airport are different. Baggage collection and other arrival formalities can affect the meeting time. Confirm how to contact the team when your party is ready rather than relying on a fixed connection interval.

Fare and vehicle confirmation

The approved base fare above is for the stated private group size. Describe your luggage, additional travelers and any requested stops so the team can confirm the total and vehicle. The airport’s full name does not indicate a different airport or a separate service tier.
